Airtable Workflow Videos Art direction
Video
As part of an initiative to grow Airtable’s organic YouTube audience, the Workflow Video Series connects broader work-related topics to the value of Airtable. I collaborated closely with the marketing lead and was responsible for storyboarding, defining the set design, wardrobe, and on-set direction during the shoots.

Production: The Beach
Animation: Daniel Prayago

Direction
As Airtable’s first hero series, it was essential for the set to reflect the brand tastefully. Color plays a key role in the Airtable brand, and by pairing neutral tones with vibrant accents, we were able to maintain a professional yet engaging aesthetic. In post, I worked closely with our in-house animator, Daniel Prayago, to storyboard graphics that helped with storytelling.

ProcessI was responsible for storyboarding, mapping out each scene and camera angle to establish a clear narrative flow. This provided a visual blueprint that guided the entire production. I defined the set design and arranging props to create an authentic, visually appealing environment that aligned with the brand’s identity. I also curated the wardrobe to complement the characters and overall aesthetic. During the shoots, I provided on-set direction, working with the director to achieve the desired lighting and composition while guiding the talent to maintain the narrative’s mood and style.
