I led a comprehensive update to our design system, refining key elements such as iconography, photo direction, and color to create a unified and visually cohesive brand experience. My goal was to establish a clear, scalable framework that maintained consistency across all touchpoints while allowing for creative flexibility.

As the team expanded from just three designers to a robust group of 20, I managed and developed brand guidelines, ensuring seamless adoption and alignment across teams. This involved not only defining visual standards but also fostering collaboration through documentation, workshops, and hands-on guidance. The result was a stronger, more adaptable design system that empowered the team to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of brand consistency.




GuidelinesFrom color to photography, every element was thoughtfully defined to maintain brand unity. The result is an organized, optimistic brand with easy-to-follow guidelines that empower the in-house team and outside agencies.



Video Guidelines To simplify video creation and enable consistency, I collaborated with the video team to establish guidelines for our most essential graphics. In a true team effort, we began by auditing videos across various initiatives and prioritizing key elements. MOGRT files enabled the video team to make customizations while providing the structure for seamless implementation.
