OpenTable Gifts

Role: Designer

I worked closely with a small team in recreating a cohesive OpenTable Gifts experience.

A reboot of a legacy product, we redesigned Gifts with the goal of being "simple and refined"; much like a memorable restaurant experience. This applied to various touch points from digital to physical.

I was responsible for the design of the printed and digital experience.

I worked closely with a small team in reviving a legacy product called OpenTable Gifts.

We redesigned Gifts with the goal of being simply, a cohesive experience. Gifts is one a few products at OpenTable thats serves both the restaurant and the consumer. The better the design experience, the more likely both restaurants and consumers would be onboard. As with most legacy products, there were many back end limitations but creating a cohesive brand experience was pertinent.

I collaborated with a UX designer, UI copywriter and product manager and was responsible for the design of the physical gift card and e-mail experience.
